No sale, agreement, or contract of any kind is entered outside of
the state of Kentucky. It is understood that if the
buyer
incurs an obligation of sales tax in his respective state, that
tax
is responsibility of the buyer. It is agreed that all claims
against
wholesale Hairpieces or any of it's owners are limited to the
amount
of the purchase only and can be settled only in a venue of
the
county of Grayson, in the state of Kentucky. It is agreed that
all attorney's
fees, court costs, witness cost, and other expenses will be paid by any
plaintiff who takes action against Wholesale Hairpieces or Lee
sales
or Roy Lee and/or Karen Lee. It is agreed that all items
are
sold as is, except for the terms outlined on the warranty page.
There
are no cash refunds for any reason. It is agreed that no
consequential
damages, personal injury, or product liability is to be claimed or
collected
as a result of the purchase or use of any of the products
purchased.
